Guihulngan was already the largest municipality in Negros Oriental when, in July of 2007, a popular referendum was passed declaring it a city.[1]

The Guihulngan District Hospital
This Hospital lacks facilities and man power,calling our Government Officials to look for additional funds for the improvement of the services of our dear hospital, recently a new electric generator was purchased.Add caption
